With over 10 years of direct experience managing and developing ~2,000 homes (single-family and multi-family), Anthony has developed institutional processes and built strong relationships with class A trades and consultants. Pat Spagnolo, is an advisor and provides strategic oversight and governance. Pat brings 40+ years of experience and has developed over 8,000 homes in the greater toronto area.

Multi-Family Development
Mica acquires, develops and constructs boutique multi-family projects in the Greater Toronto Area with a bias towards rental development. The company focuses on projects that are transit oriented, less than120,000 sf GFA and in locations that are underserved by new inventory.
Low Rise Homes
The company takes a focused approach to acquiring homes and targets properties that require second and third storey additions, major extensions, improvements to interior ceiling heights and substantial landscaping. Focusing on major renovation projects, allows Mica to acquire, secure minor variances, construction permits, and exit deals in an eight to fourteen month period. This proves attractive compared to traditional multi-family development projects and strong risk-adjusted returns.
